Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multiple apartment communities in the Roswell, GA area. You will report to the Property Manager and lead Maintenance Technicians and Porters, ensuring timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready turnover.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, perform inspections for safety and quality, and uphold Pennrose standards. Some travel between properties and on-call responsibilities apply, with a focus on hands-on maintenance

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED; technical training certifications a plus.
Three years of oversight of Maintenance Buildings and team members.
Requires a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel between properties.
A company-provided EPA certification is required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance staff; diagnose problems and perform replacement/repair in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
Ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas are painted, cleaned, and ready for use.
Manage the make-ready process for vacant units and ensure turnover within five business days.
Complete monthly Preventative Maintenance per policy.
Prepare for inspections and maintain logs on safety and compliance.
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
