Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA certification (608 - Universal) required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative work each morning (30 minutes) as assigned, including online training and scheduling vendors.
• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and promptly using the maintenance app.
• Lead the maintenance staff; diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Oversee make-ready processes and ensure units are turned within five business days of move-out.
• Prepare for inspections and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
