Job summary

Pennrose is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across assigned properties. The role involves directing technicians and porters, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining high building standards in line with company policies.

You will oversee make-ready processes, coordinate with vendors, and monitor safety and quality during all tasks. Travel between properties and on-call duties are expected, with a pay range of $30–$32/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; technical training a plus.
• Minimum 3 years supervising maintenance staff.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA Certification (608 - Universal) required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate repairs across properties.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and common areas to PMC standards.
• Lead preventive maintenance and inspections for safety compliance.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units within 5 business days.
• Schedule vendors and track budgets for repairs and capital expenses.
