Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of apartment buildings across multiple locations. You will guide Maintenance Technicians and Porters, ensure repairs are done promptly, and manage make-readies with a five-day turnover target.

Requires three years of oversight experience, a valid driver's license, and an EPA 608 Universal certification within six months.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
Three years of oversight of Maintenance Buildings and team members.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
EPA certification required within six months of employment (provided by Pennrose).

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks each morning as assigned by the Property Manager or Support Center.
Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly using the company mobile app.
Lead maintenance staff in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
Oversee make-ready process and ensure units turn within five business days of moving out.
Prepare for and assist with Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas; ensure housekeeping standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
Travel between properties and be available for on-call emergencies.
