Job summary

Pennrose Management Company in Roswell, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff across properties, ensure repairs are completed promptly, and uphold high building standards. Reports to the Property Manager and coordinates with vendors and residents.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of oversight experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA 608 Universal certification (CAMT preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification (608 – Universal) required within six months.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.
• Three years of oversight of maintenance buildings and team members.
• Preferred: CAMT certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks each morning including training, updates, vendor scheduling, and communications.
• Ensure service requests and repairs are completed promptly via the maintenance app.
• Lead maintenance staff across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units within five business days of moving out.
• Complete monthly Preventive Maintenance per the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Prepare for inspections from Owner, Federal, State, and local authorities.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for a clean environment.
• Assist in developing the budget for repair and maintenance and capital expenses.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and comply with SOPs and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
