Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance teams across properties. You will guide technicians and porters, ensure timely repairs, and manage make-readies for new tenants. The role requires hands-on maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, budgeting involvement, and adherence to company procedures, with responsibilities including snow removal and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required within six months of employment.
• CAMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks each morning as assigned by Property Manager or Support Center.
• Ensure all service requests and repairs are completed promptly using the maintenance app.
• Lead maintenance staff and assist in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing within five business days of move-out.
• Assist in budgeting for repair, maintenance, and capital expenses.
