Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an experienced on-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our Florida multifamily communities. You will manage maintenance staff, schedule preventive work, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering high-quality service to residents.

The role requires a strong trades background (painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and the ability to coordinate contractors. EPA/CPO certifications may be required within six months of hire; the company supports

• Proficiency in property maintenance tasks including trade skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply industry-standard technologies.
• Ability to transfer knowledge to team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department staff and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure safety, quality standards and compliance across tasks.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS, and property records for audits.
• Provide on-call support including nights and weekends.
