Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team across apartment communities in Florida. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completions of repairs, while managing budgets and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, CPO and EPA certifications, and strong leadership. On-site responsibilities include scheduling, preventive maintenance, and maintaining documentation for compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• CPO certification may be required; EPA Universal or Type I/II required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department staff: hire, train, supervise, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety procedures, quality standards, and proper documentation.
• Plan and negotiate maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and replacements.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inventories.
• Monitor move-ins/outs and perform/oversee repairs as needed.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize daily workload.
• Prepare reports and ensure EPA logs, MSDS, and pool records are current.
