Job summary

ConcordRENTS seeks a skilled maintenance technician to support our Florida multifamily communities. You will perform a wide range of repairs and preventive maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, to preserve curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing apartments for new residents, addressing punch lists, and maintaining pools, irrigation, and building exteriors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing fields preferred.
• EPA or CPO certification may be required or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across interior and exterior properties.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move-in and move-out; address punch lists.
• Perform painting, drywall, flooring, fixtures, and surface repairs to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor and maintain grounds, irrigation, and signage; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
