Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a maintenance professional to service multifamily communities in Florida. You will handle routine repairs, prepare apartments for new residents, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure safety and quality across the property.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication to support residents. Certifications such as CPO and EPA may be required within six months of hire as part of ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Requires basic mechanical knowledge.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required and EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and facilities.
• Complete apartment unit turns and prepare units for new residents with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, including HVAC checks and smoke detectors.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas, including irrigation, signage, and recreation areas.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support, including moving appliances and responding to issues promptly.
• Track service requests in the property management system and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends.
