Job summary
ConcordRENTS seeks a Maintenance Technician to service our Florida multifamily communities. You will perform preventive and responsive maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, while preparing units for new residents.
You will maintain common areas and assist with pool upkeep where certified, ensuring safety and quality standards. A High School diploma and relevant certifications are required, with on-the-job training available for EPA/CPO where
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required within six months of hire.
- EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or to be obtained through company training.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional resident service and maintain amenities and apartment interiors.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry).
- Complete apartment turns (make-readies) and prep for new residents.
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and landscaping as needed.
- Assist with pool maintenance and safety as required by certification.
