Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the condition of our Florida communities. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs and preventive work, and ensure safety standards across apartment homes and amenities.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CPO certification, and EPA certification. The role requires hands-on maintenance skills and the ability to coordinate with vendors and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred or may be required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/Type II) is required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment homes and community amenities to ConcordRENTS' high standards.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and related tasks.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and vendor activity.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and provide training.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain logs for EPA, MSDS, and inspections.

Education
