Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the upkeep of our Florida multifamily communities, maintaining amenities and apartment homes to high standards. You will lead the maintenance team, assign tasks, train staff, and coordinate with vendors to meet property needs.

You will supervise safety programs, track service requests, and contribute to preventive maintenance planning while staying within budget and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and lawn/landscape upkeep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff, schedule tasks, train and coach team members.
• Monitor safety, quality standards, and compliance with EPA/MSDS records.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and improvements.
• Maintain inventory, order parts, and manage move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Respond to service requests promptly and document outcomes.
