Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Resident Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance across multifamily communities in Florida. You will perform a broad range of repairs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high safety and quality standards while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The role includes painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping tasks, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry.
Knowledge to identify and address landscaping deficiencies and troubleshoot irrigation repairs.
Clear and caring communication to address residents' needs.
Willingness to learn industry leading technology for service efficiency.
EPA certification may be required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Maintain amenities and apartment interiors; prepare homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces and manage related touch-ups.
Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
Monitor and update records including EPA logs and inventories.
Ensure safety and quality compliance in all repairs and preventive maintenance.
On-site on-call duties, nights and weekends as assigned.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and guest/resident questions.
