Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the high standards of its Florida communities. You will ensure the condition of amenities and apartments, prepare new homes for residents, and maintain occupied units.

Lead the Maintenance Department, coordinate with vendors, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. This role requires trades expertise and certifications (CPO and EPA) with the ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced property management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience maintaining multi-family properties and knowledge of trades.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools; EPA certification required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and facilities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff; assign work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with local vendors and contractors; schedule preventive maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and other compliance records.
