Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Resident Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across Florida communities. You will ensure apartment homes and amenities meet high standards, prepare homes for new residents, and address occupied units efficiently.

You will supervise, plan preventive maintenance, and manage safety compliance, while maintaining strong resident communication and on-site operations. A strong trades background and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
• EPA Universal or Type I/II certifications may be required within six months.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Maintenance Department staff and safety/quality standards.
• Plans maintenance budgets and coordinates with vendors/contractors.
• Maintains preventive maintenance schedules and prioritizes work.
• Tracks service requests and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and asset inventories.
• Responds to safety hazards and coordinates with management.
