Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to supervise maintenance tasks across multifamily communities in Florida. The role covers painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscaping, and irrigation, ensuring curb appeal and safety.

Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential for resident interactions and timely service. Certified Pool Operator and EPA certifications may be required or obtained within six months.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or obtained within 6 months.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; 3+ years of experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed across properties.
• Inspect and service irrigation systems and landscape features.
• Maintain logs, records, and EPA-related documentation with accuracy.
