Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. This role includes making ready units for rent and repairing resident apartments to ensure safety and comfort.

The Lead Maintenance will supervise routine maintenance tasks and help coordinate service requests on site. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs, sprinkler upkeep, and ensuring apartments are prepared for new residents.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Attention to safety and quality in repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in distributing flyers and other materials.
• Replace filters and clean air conditioning vents as needed.
• Maintain sprinkler systems.
• Perform HVAC repairs as needed.
• Perform light electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
• Perform light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, locks, bulbs, etc.
