Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade (electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC).
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification (EPA 608).
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within metro areas and occasional overnight stays.
• Ability to work some weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in distributing flyers and materials for property needs.
• Replace filters and clean HVAC vents; maintain systems.
• Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Paint interior/exterior when required; perform carpentry tasks.
• Assist in custodial work and groundwork for vacancies/inspections.
• Maintain pool chemical levels; perform preventive maintenance per manuals.
• Supervise subcontractors and report safety issues to management.
