Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel across metropolitan areas and occasional weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Replace filters and clean AC vents.
• Maintain sprinkler systems and perform HVAC repairs.
• Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (make-ready).
• Supervise sub-contractors and manage supplies.
• Assist in preparing the property for inspections.
