Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee the property’s maintenance operations under the Community Manager. You will perform repairs in resident apartments and assist in preparing units for rent (make-ready).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC repairs and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Make-ready apartments prior to new resident occupancy and assist in turnovers.
• Maintain and service building systems including sprinkler and pool chemistry as required.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the Community Manager.
