Valiant Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance to oversee property upkeep under the Community Manager. You will perform repairs in resident units, make-ready apartments, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, safe turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• EPA certification (refrigerant handling).
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Prepare units for rent (make-ready) and refurbish apartments.
• Monitor pools, sprinkler systems, and safety compliance.
• Supervise sub-contractors and manage work orders and records.
• Assist with inspections and on-call standby as required.
