Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance across the property under the Community Manager. You will perform repairs in resident apartments, prep units for rent, and supervise subcontractors for a smooth turnover.

The role requires at least two years in apartment maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect on-site work with potential travel within the area, and opportunities for career development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or equivalent trade experience (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC).
• Strong verbal and written English communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Own a basic set of hand tools and a valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in making-ready units prior to occupancy.
• Replace filters and clean air vents; maintain HVAC systems and plumbing/electric components.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Supervise sub-contractors and ensure safety and compliance.
