Qualifications

• 5+ years as Db2 for z/OS DBA with production support
• 3+ years using Db2 admin tools and Db2 utilities
• 3+ years SQL performance tuning and index management
• 3+ years JCL development and 24x7 on-call experience
• 1+ year experience with database replication in complex environments

Responsibilities

• Administer Db2 z/OS and IDMS databases across production and non-production environments
• Tune SQL, analyze access paths, and optimize indexes
• Develop automation to improve DBA processes and legacy support
• Manage backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery testing
• Support Db2 upgrades, RSU maintenance, and utility execution
• Respond to incidents and provide guidance to development and operations teams
