Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years on the zSeries (mainframe) platform with hands-on CICS TS and OEM product support.
• Thorough knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, configuration, and tailoring.
• Experience with IBM SMP/E.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill CSOs for mainframe z/OS customers relating to CICS TS and OEM software.
• Provide primary support for issues related to CICS TS and OEM products.
• Provide 24x7x365 support across multiple time zones.
• Install OEM software products following Ensono best practices.
• Prepare customer partitions for annual OS upgrades with proactive actions.
• Support migrations for new customers involving CICS TS and OEM products.
• Assist project managers to minimize technical hurdles during transitions.
• Collaborate with Disaster Recovery Services to execute DR plans.
• Adhere to ITSM change control procedures and implement fixes.
