Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer to support ongoing projects, including installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, and implementation of ISV software on z/OS. The role covers on-call support, vendor communication, and problem resolution across mainframe systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years' mainframe experience, strong z/OS knowledge, and proficiency with TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, and USS. Remote-friendly, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a mainframe environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of z/OS, SMP/E, and installation/maintenance
• Strong knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL
• Strong knowledge of USS file system management and security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
