Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Associate within the Corporate Transactions Group (CTG) in the United States. You will join a fast-growing, client-facing team delivering operational diligence, integration planning, and deal execution support for complex M&A projects.

You will work on enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with leaders across functions, and help shape engagement strategies while contributing to business development and team advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant consulting/operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• CFA or CPA preferred.
• Experience on complex M&A execution projects and integrations.
• Industry exposure preferred (Consumer Products, Industrials, Healthcare, etc.).
• Ability to communicate confidently to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Serve on workstreams for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team.
• Support due diligence and pre-signing activities to assess value and risk.
• Develop integration/separation work plans, TSAs, cost models, and synergy plans.
• Identify improvements and manage integration or separation issues across projects.
• Support business development and career development initiatives for the team.
