Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking experienced professionals to join the Corporate Transactions Group. As an Associate, you will play a key role in M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, divestitures, and synergy development.

Travel may be up to 75% and work will be US-based. You will interact with senior leadership, support client deliverables, and contribute to business development while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of relevant professional consulting and/or operational experience.
• Experience working on complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) and M&A transactional deal work a plus.
• Industry experience with operational exposure and P&L responsibility across one or more functions a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead operational due diligence and support deal execution.
• Plan and execute merger integration and/or divestiture/separation activities.
• Develop and drive synergy plans and value realization.
• Support client-facing delivery and business development activities.
• Contribute to team development and recruitment as needed.
