Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transactions Group seeks experienced professionals to join our team as Associates focusing on operational and execution aspects of the M&A lifecycle, from diligence to post-close integration. You will work client-facing on enterprise-wide projects and contribute to due diligence, integration planning, and synergy development.

The role involves travel up to 75%, working in the US, and partnering with senior leaders.

Competenze

• 2+ years of relevant professional consulting and/or operational experience; Big 4 or top-tier Strategy consulting firm preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college preferably in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills across customers, operations, technology, risk and people
• CFA or CPA preferred
• Experience with complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) a plus

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team.
• Support operational diligence and functional analysis during pre-signing activities.
• Help design and execute integration or separation work plans and TSAs.
• Identify opportunities, elevate issues, and mitigate risks on projects.
• Support recruiting, training, and career development within the team
