Alvarez & Marsal is seeking seasoned Senior Associates for its Corporate Transactions Group in the US. You will work on enterprise-wide M&A projects, focusing on operational diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution. The role blends client-facing delivery with business development support in a fast-growing practice.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in consulting, MBA preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 75% and US work authorization are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant professional consulting and/ or operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; CFA or CPA preferred.
• Experience on complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) and M&A deal work is a plus; industry experience across functions is a plus.
• Ability to communicate confidently to senior business leaders; travel up to 75% and ability to work within the US.

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team to design and deliver high-quality client analyses and work products.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of pre-signing/pre-closing activities to help clients determine value, assess risk, and prepare for transactions.
• Help clients understand overlaps/entanglements and develop the integration/separation work plans and critical documents (e.g., entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans).
• Identify business issues and opportunities with supporting analysis; recommend activities to mitigate risks while optimizing upside opportunities.
• Support professional development and career path of team members including recruiting, training, and other career development programs.
