Alvarez & Marsal in the United States seeks a Senior Associate for the Corporate Transactions Group (CTG) focusing on M&A execution. You will work on due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution with client-facing responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll bring 3+ years of consulting or operational experience, a business degree (MBA preferred), and strong analytical skills. Travel up to 75% and US-work eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional consulting and / or operational experience; Big 4 or top-tier Strategy consulting firm preferred

Responsabilités

• Serve on a workstream(s) for enterprise-wide M&A projects working within the project team to help design and deliver high-quality client analysis and work products for our clients.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of the pre-signing / pre-closing activities to help our clients determine value, assess risk, identify opportunities and prepare for a future transaction.
• Help our clients understand operational overlaps / entanglements, develop and execute the integration / separation work plans and critical planning documents (e.g., entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans, etc.), identify improvement areas, identify, elevate, and resolve integration or separation issues on A&M's most challenging projects.
• Help our clients and your team members proactively identify business issues and opportunities with supporting analysis; help recommend activities to mitigate risks while optimizing upside opportunities for the business.
• Support the professional development and career path of team members and lead key people initiatives such as recruiting, training, and other career development programs for our expanded team.
