Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transactions Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join our deal-focused teams in the US. You will be a key member of our delivery teams on M&A projects, working with clients to design high-quality analyses and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of consulting or operational experience, a strong business acumen, and is comfortable with travel up to 75%.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred.
• CFA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in complex M&A execution and integrations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work in the US.

Mansioni

• Serve on workstreams for enterprise-wide M&A projects.
• Support pre-signing due diligence and pre-closing activities.
• Help clients understand overlaps and develop integration or separation plans.
• Identify issues and opportunities with supporting analysis and propose mitigations.
• Support team development, recruiting, and other career initiatives.
