Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Associate for the Corporate Transactions Group to join our M&A delivery teams in the US. You will be a key member delivering client analyses and high-quality work products across the deal lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of consulting or operational experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. MBA preferred; CFA/CPA a plus. Travel up to 75% within the United States.

• Experience on complex M&A integration/separation projects
