Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transactions Group (CTG) is seeking seasoned professionals for enterprise-wide M&A engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will join our delivery teams and contribute to due diligence, integration planning, and execution across sell-side and buy-side transactions.

You will work client-facing, support business development, and help shape the post-close integration, separation planning, and value realization.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional consulting or operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Travel may be up to 75% and ability to work within the US.

Responsabilités

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects and design high-quality analyses.
• Support pre-signing diligence and integration/separation planning.
• Develop and execute entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, and synergy plans.
• Identify improvements, raise issues, and drive risk mitigation and value opportunities.
• Support people development, recruiting, and career programs.
