Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transactions Group in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to join our client-focused deal teams. You will contribute to enterprise-wide M&A projects, support diligence, integration planning, and business development efforts while engaging with senior leaders.

This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture, opportunities for career progression, and collaboration across diverse industries, with substantial travel up to 75% as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant professional consulting experience; Big 4 or top-tier strategy firm preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
• CFA or CPA preferred
• Experience with complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) a plus

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team to design and deliver high-quality client analysis and work products.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis during pre-signing/pre-closing activities to help clients value, assess risk, and prepare for a transaction.
• Help clients understand operational overlaps and develop integration/separation work plans and critical documents (e.g., entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans).
• Identify business issues and opportunities with supporting analysis; advise on actions to mitigate risks and maximize upside.
• Support professional development and career path of team members, including recruiting, training, and other initiatives.
