Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Transactions Group seeks seasoned professionals to join as an Associate, a key member of our deliver teams for M&A projects from due diligence through integration.

You will work on operational due diligence, merger and acquisition integration planning and execution, divestiture and carve-out planning, and synergy development, while engaging clients and supporting business development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Travel up to 75% and work within the US.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional consulting and/or operational experience; Big 4 or top-tier Strategy consulting firm preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / college; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills; CFA or CPA preferred.
• Experience on complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) and transactional deal work a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced teams with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects, helping design and deliver high-quality client analysis.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of pre-signing activities.
• Help clients understand overlaps, develop integration/separation plans, and address issues.
• Identify business issues and opportunities with supporting analysis; suggest risk mitigation and upside opportunities.
• Support development of team members and lead recruitment and training initiatives.
