Alvarez & Marsal in Florida seeks a Senior Associate for the Corporate Transactions Group to drive operational due diligence and integration planning on M&A deals. You will work client-facing on enterprise-wide projects, shape post-close plans, and support deal execution with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional consulting/operational experience; Big 4 or top-tier Strategy consulting firm preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills; CFA or CPA preferred

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team to design and deliver high-quality client analysis and work products.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of pre-signing/pre-closing activities to help clients determine value, assess risk, identify opportunities and prepare for a future transaction.
• Help clients understand operational overlaps, develop and execute integration/separation work plans and critical planning documents (e.g., entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans).
• Identify business issues and opportunities with supporting analysis; recommend activities to mitigate risks while optimizing upside opportunities.
• Support the professional development and career path of team members and lead key people initiatives such as recruiting, training and other programs
