Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transactions Group seeks an Associate to join the delivery teams handling operational due diligence, integration planning, and divestiture activities on high-profile M&A deals. You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver rigorous analyses and actionable insights.

The role requires 2+ years in consulting or related operations, a Bachelor’s in Business or a related field, and an MBA is preferred. Travel may be up to 75%; located in the United States.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant consulting and/or operational experience; Big 4 or top-tier strategy preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
CFA or CPA preferred and ability to understand complex business models.

Responsibilities

Lead or support enterprise-level M&A due diligence workstreams.
Assist across integration planning and execution, divestiture and carve-out activities.
Develop and deliver high-quality client analyses and work products.
Support business development activities and internal initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
