Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in mechanical engineering with LV switchgear or power distribution exposure.
• Senior technical leadership across multiple NPI programs.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and complex assemblies.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (UL/IEC/NEMA/IEEE).

Responsibilities

• Own and govern LV switchgear mechanical architecture and design governance.
• Translate requirements into scalable specifications and roadmaps.
• Lead mechanical decisions for enclosure systems, busbar supports, and insulation.
• Oversee thermal design, airflow, and CFD validation.
• Guide design transfer, manufacturing readiness, and post-launch support.
• Lead risk reviews, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
