You will lead cross‑functional teams, set design standards, guide from concept through production, and ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability while aligning with cost targets and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern mechanical architecture strategy for LV switchgear and related equipment across programs.
• Translate requirements into specifications, roadmaps, and release deliverables.
• Provide technical direction for thermal design, enclosure integrity, and structural interfaces.
• Guide design for manufacturability, assembly, reliability, and serviceability across product lifecycle.
