Chase Travel is hiring a Travel Advisor to support internal and external customers with travel reservations and complex issues. You will diagnose problems, research solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience while negotiating with external providers to optimize outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple booking tools, and coach others on best practices, maintaining high call quality and confidentiality. Training and varied schedules are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in travel industry with GDS or other technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Strong time management and multitasking across multiple screens.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Respond to travel-related inquiries and resolve issues with short- and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures.
• Negotiate with vendors to reach acceptable resolutions and minimize costs.
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of important matters.
