Job summary

Chase Travel is seeking a Travel Advisor to support the Cruise and Tour Department in delivering seamless cruise and tour experiences for clients in the United States. You will assist with bookings, manage travel components, fulfill promotions, and proactively reach out to ensure an exceptional travel experience with a luxury touch.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in travel, strong booking and post-booking expertise, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry.
• Proven ability to manage booking and post-booking processes, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication, consultative service, and active listening skills.
• Adaptability and a customer-first mindset, ready to respond to diverse needs and requests.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor, managing cruise and tour bookings, fulfilling promotions, and coordinating every detail for a seamless travel experience.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Showcase your expertise in destinations, travel products, and problem-solving, ensuring every journey is memorable.
• Handle daily requests, pre-check requirements, travel add-ons, and special accommodations with efficiency and care.
• Contribute to Chase Travel’s reputation as a leader in luxury travel by delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond for every customer.
• Achieve team metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
