Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Travel Advisor in Ohio to help customers plan and book luxury travel with ease. The role focuses on problem-solving, researching, and resolving complex travel issues while delivering service excellence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with providers, and support various booking tools to ensure seamless customer experiences. Training and development are offered as part of the Chase Travel team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of experience in the travel industry.
Experience with GDS or other travel tech platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures.
Negotiate with vendors to reach acceptable resolutions and minimize costs.
Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of issues.
Assist other Travel Advisors and coach on best practices; manage escalations.
