Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with intermediate to advanced knowledge of GDS or other booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to quickly learn technical concepts.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in online environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues focusing on root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures and support online booking tools.
• Negotiate with vendors and customers to reach acceptable resolutions including loyalty points and fees.
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of significant issues and take corrective action when needed.
• Assist other Travel Advisors with questions in real time and coach Advisors on best practices.
• Provide energy and build positive relationships with customers and departments to improve service levels.
