You will problem-solve, negotiate with vendors, and ensure a seamless customer experience across online tools. You will work with cross-functional teams, handle escalations, and contribute to service excellence while maintaining confidentiality. Training is in-person.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in travel with GDS or other booking tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multitasking across screens.
