JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Travel Advisor in the United States to assist internal and external customers with travel reservations and complex situations.

You will diagnose issues, negotiate with providers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across multiple booking tools and platforms. The role requires strong communication, travel industry experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including evenings and weekends as schedules vary.

Competenze

• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry.
• Knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS) and/or self-booking tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries about travel arrangements and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures; support booking tools and websites.
