Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Travel is seeking a Travel Advisor to assist internal and external clients with luxury travel reservations and complex situations. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

You will support various booking tools, negotiate resolutions, and guide teammates on best practices, with work that may include evenings and weekends per schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel, with GDS or self-booking tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and ability to learn tech quickly
• Excellent time management and multitasking on multiple screens
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about travel arrangements and resolve issues with short- and long-term fixes
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures; support booking tools and websites
• Negotiate with vendors and customers to reach acceptable resolutions and minimize costs
• Maintain call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of issues and actions taken
• Coach other Travel Advisors on policies and best practices; monitor errors and escalations
• Provide energy, enthusiasm, and strong relationships with customers and departments
