Job summary

Chase Travel in Florida is seeking a Travel Advisor to support internal and external customers with travel reservations and complex situations. You will diagnose issues, negotiate with vendors, and deliver service excellence to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain knowledge of client programs, and coach fellow Advisors while handling policies and booking tools. Evening and weekend availability is required to align with operating hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in travel industry with GDS or self-booking tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel arrangements and resolve issues with root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, products, and procedures; support online booking tools and multiple websites.
• Negotiate with vendors and external customers to reach an acceptable resolution, including loyalty points, waivers, and program exceptions.
• Maintain high levels of call quality and confidentiality; inform supervisor of significant issues and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist other Travel Advisors with questions in real-time, coach Advisors on best practices, monitor errors and escalations, update tracking databases.
• Provide energy and enthusiasm and build favorable relationships with customers and departments.
