Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with warm, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the floor. You will assist with stock, shipments, POS operations, and merchandising, while delivering brand-appropriate experiences and partnering with the team to meet goals.

This role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, strong English, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic computer skills including iPad/Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
