Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop, mobile POS, and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, handle cash per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and replenish sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and partner with team as needed.
